1. Digital Product Nature
All clarity kits are digital downloads including PDF journals, audio files, and supplementary materials. No physical shipping is involved. Upon successful payment, you receive access links by email. Please verify your inbox and spam folders before requesting support.
2. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original transaction date. To qualify, contact us with your order email and a brief description of the issue. We may ask clarifying questions to improve our guides and confirm eligibility.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be approved when:
- Download links failed and our support team could not restore access within 48 hours.
- You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
